Even if you petition them now, it will be years before they can get visas.

 

Suggest you don’t petition them until they’re  ready to live here full time.   And in the meantime, you’ll want to research on how you/they will afford the cost of their healthcare (and overall retirement, since they won’t get social security).

You petition your sister, about 18 months before her case is due you petition your mother so they interview at the same time.

Thanks for merging, but this is a different question than the ones posted earlier. I have decided to petition for my mom only. I just need to know what the process is so that my mom and sister can come at the same time. Previously, I asked about petitioning for my sister only.

In your previous thread, you asked about petitioning your whole family.  @Boiler just gave you the answer if petitioning mother only. But that will take more than 20 years.

Your petitioning mother to immigrate will take a couple years.  

Your petitioning your sister to immigrate will take 20+ years.

But in my previous post, some people recommended that I petition for mon, then she petitions for my syister for a faster route. But thoes people nvere mentioned if there is a special visa process for my sister, my mom can't just leave her behind? there must be a way!
