Hi, I am consular process with PD June 2023 (I130). It is getting close to 14 months and I still haven't received an approval on my petition. I chatted with Emma and the agent told me the recent update is 'task ownership changed' and my timeline is fluctuating. it went from 4 months to 11 months to 12 months in just 3 days - this is wild. anyone knows what 'task ownership changed' by uscis means?

Timeline

The Timeline is useless. Mine went from 3 weeks to 4 months; from days to weeks etc.. Waited almost 2 years for USCIS approval. Always check the documents tab to see if they have sent you any documents.
