I sent my application on June 1st 2007 and have not recieved anything at all! I contacted USCIS towards the end of July and they gave me a receipt number WAC*********, which i've been able to check the status online, but should I worry about the missing letter? Do I need it for anything? Thank You for any assistance you may provide.

The receipt NOA isn't the important one, the approval NOA is. You will need it for AOS and it costs an arm and leg to replace.

200 dollars is what I hear it costs to replace the NOA-2. Tis a bit steep for that piece of paper.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
