So looking at this, it looks like you just have to fill in the answers right there on the RFE form, scan it and upload it on the my.uscis.com portal in your I-485 case status 

 

 

Don't call them - It will be an exercise in futility - Just answer the RFE and give them what they want

I did the exact same thing, pretty sure we're all getting that same RFE.

You may have filled all the answers out, but they may have misplaced or not scanned some of your paperwork properly. Happened to my daughter when she was doing AOS paperwork...they had ALL the papers, and even sent back some of the ones they said they didn't have (and YES...all answers were filled out correctly). I wouldn't worry. Complete what they say is missing and should be good to go! Definitely try and keep copies of everything...you never know when someone is going to misplace something
