Ok-- more questions! My husband got his K-3 visa on March 14th but won't be coming here until August (before the 6 month expiration). Meanwhile our i-130 was approved in Feb and is in NVC. I went ahead and paid the fee for the AOS but now we are thinking that we want to adjust his status while he is here rather than waiting for things to get to the embassy in Lima in case it is after August. I know this will take longer but it makes sense in our case. Anyway, my question is what do I need to do now -- do I contact NVC and ask them to hold onto our info and then file the I485 ?? I am confused!

thanks for ay advice I can get!!!
