If you have a physical copy of the N-400 form ( as filed in 2019) , look at the first page and see what you marked : 3 yr or 5 yr

As for the I-130 you filed in 2022 for new wife ,  if my assumption is right , it’s being processed as F-2 A and is not current yet, so they are in no hurry to work on it , until you naturalize

There wasn’t any RFEs at all and no notice sent

When in 2019 did you submit the N400?  If you submitted prior to 7/1/2019 it may be an issue and a new N400 will be needed as @Family suggested.  There was no basis for filing under the 3 yr rule since the divorce occurred from the first spouse.

I wanted to be sure that @lanre charles does in fact have a 10-year GC since it wasn’t 100% clear from the post and that is an important detail.

If when you filed , you marked under 3 year, the application will be denied. The officer at interview could have nudged you to “amend” filing and switch to the 5 yr…but he did not have to. 
 

Waiting any longer is pure waste of time. File new

To avoid further confusion, please make thing clear:

- You move to US in 2014, so that means you getting 2 year GC?

-You receive permanent GC in 2017, so that means you file for I-751 and  getting 10 year?

- You divorce in 2018 and file for N400 in 2019, so what's the basic you apply for (under 3 year or 5 ?)

If it's under 3 year, it will denied since you're no longer married. 

Solution: New N400 and wait.

That is helpful to know that a properly filed N-400 could be approved (i.e. no pending or missing I-751), however there are still other questions as summed up in this post:
