Adjustment of status for my autistic dependent sister

I am filing for both parents and my autistic sister. My parents and I fully care for my sister (over 21 years of age). I have already filed i130 for both parents and my sister. Should I wait until my parents get their green card first and then they take over filing for my sister - Will this be quicker? Or is there any process for dependent siblings over 21 with special needs or siblings with parental guardianship? Please help!

Met - September 2007

Married - April 29, 2009

I485 , I130 and I765 mailed - June 8th, 2009

Package received at Chicago Lockbox - June 9th, 2009 @ 2.07pm signed for by R. Mercedo.

Checks Cashed - June 15th, 2009.

Receipts for I485 , I130 and I765 received my mail - June 16th, 2009

I130 - Touched June 25th, 2009.

ASC Biometrics Appointment Notice Received - Scheduled for 07/09 @ 10am - June 22nd, 2009

ASC Notice of Biometrics Appointment cancellation received (no reschedule date given) - July 1st, 2009

ASC Notice of Biometrics Appointment rescheduled date - July 24th, 2009 @ 1pm

Biometrics done on original scheduled date July 9th @ 10am

I765 , I485 touched on July 10th, 2009

Card Production Ordered on July 28th, 2009

I765 - Application for Employment Authorization Approved on August 4th, 2009

I765 - Touched August 5th, 2009

I765 - Received August 21st, 2009, after sitting in mailbox from August 5th, 2009

Applied for SS# August 24th,2009

SS card received August 31st, 2009

Appointment Date, September 30th @ 7am.

I485 Approved, Passport Stamped with I551 and Card Production Ordered, September 30th

Greencard received October 10th, 2009

Petition to Remove Conditional Status - Mailed August 1st,2011

Petition to Remove Coniditiona Status - Received August 3rd, 2011

Biometrics Appt Dated - August 12th, 2011

Biometrics done - August 28th, 2011

Approved and card production ordered - May 17th, 2012 (my son's birthday)

One of them will have to file a new I-130 for her after entering the US via an immigrant visa. She will have to remain unmarried.  It will be several years before sister can immigrate to the US through your parents.

Through you, as a sibling, it would take 20+ years.

IT Professional- Retired- Web Site Design, Hardware Maintenance, Compound Pharmacy Software Trainer, On-site go live support, Database Manager, App Designer.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

What do you mean adjustment of status?   Where is the sister now?

She has no basis to adjust though.   She will accrue an overstay, which is a bar to adjustment.

Your parents and sister are here in the US?  How did they enter the US?

If they are all inside the US, your parents need to file I-485 packages.  However, your sister cannot do so.

OP, if your sister needs 24/7 care, they should all go home and be petitioned properly for immigrant visas.   Otherwise she risks deportation and a bar.
