We need to go back to the separation of news and opinion.

 

We need to go back to the reporting of what has happened and what is happening and away from the what “might happen if” ramblings.

 

We need to go back to getting the reporting done right, with facts and testimony to support it, rather than getting the reporting done first and let the facts wander along later.

 

We need to stop thinking that late night comedians are reliable news sources.

 

Most of all, as all of the above is as likely to happen as a Hillary Clinton presidency, we need to stop listening to one side of the story.
