Hello - I have been following various threads here that many people mentioned that they emailed Montreal Consulate to check their cases. May I ask which email you send to? I have tried Montreal-IV-DV@state.gov, but only got an auto reply.

I sent the requested supplementary documents, 2nd medical reports and my passport to Consulate in Jan 2024. No case updates since then. Now I need my passport to travel due to a family emergency. I would like to email Consulate to follow up my cases (already passed 6 months) or at least ask for my passport...Thank you very much for your help!
