I-693 RFE for AOS despite having sent in with the complete packet

I have video of the entire packet, photos and know that we sent in the I-693. I'm going to call into the help center tomorrow but as far as I can tell the best thing to do is to just get another copy and send it in.

I've already contacted the civil surgeons office where we had it done back in March, but whoever is working didn't know what they are going to charge for this.

I don't actually know why I'm posting this - just frustrated.

Were all vaccinations completed in I-693?

Yes - she had to get a few that were missing.

/edit - Also would add that the RFE doesn't say anything was missing, just asking for the i-693 as if it was never submitted.

USCIS mess up all the time unfortunately. I think if you can get a copy and resend - that's the path of least resistance.

I might call tomorrow just to ask, but doubt there's a point.

I agree just resending it is really the only option. Even if by some chance I get them to admit it arrived and somehow was lost - they are still going to need a copy.

At least there hasn't been an rfe for my stepdaughters as well.

Whatever they say on the phone is not official. Only what they send by mail. Tier 1 officers often make things up to get people off the phone so I would be doubting anything they say

That's really horrible if that's the case - especially since in the case of RFE's the USCIS website tells you to call if you have any questions about what needs to be turned in. I get that the first tier of support will be only able to help with certain things - but if they don't know or can't help, then there should be an escalation process to get to someone who can.
