DQ-ed since November 2023, Still waiting for an IL - Montreal, CA - Please help

Hello,

I am an American born Citizen and my wife is a Canadian Citizen. 

 

She is applying for an IR1 visa

Priority date: August 2022;

Documentarily qualified: November 20, 2023

Still no Interview Letter yet...

 

We are still waiting for NVC to schedule her interview. On the CEAC portal, it says her case is still at the NVC. The interview location is Montreal. 

 

How much longer will I have to wait?! Has anyone had experience waiting this long after a DQ to get an interview scheduled? Requesting ANY HELP!
