So I'm the petitioner for a K-1 Visa with my partner who resides in the UK. Our application has been approved by USCIS, then passed through NVC, then landed in London. He already did his medical, got his police acro, and is about to file the DS-160 and schedule for the actual Visa Interview. This is where we're freaking out a little. We know the i-134 form is needed at the interview, but I, the petitioner have received no letters since NVC let us know it was shipped off to London. Where, when, and how do I even file that in order for my fiancee to have a copy of it with him when he goes to his interview if they do not receive it by the time his interview happens? This is what we're worried about. That they won't get it and deny us or prolong the visa process.

I-134s are normally taken directly to the interview.  However, I am moving this topic to the UK regional forum for the London experts to give you a complete answer specific to the UK.

Yes, send the I134 along with the supporting evidence to your fiancé so they can take it to the interview.

I have just gone through this process, and was approved at the embassy so when it comes to the I-134 what we did is i had my fiance go through the form on the PDF on the computer where you can enter the details digitally before printing (There are a few areas which can not be entered online) Then once printed off just fill in what else is required yourself. Then she went to a UPS Store and ask them to photocopy the I-134 and send them via email to me which i then printed off and took to the embassy for my interview.
