Help pls!

I am filling up online I-130 to petition my mom ( I am a US citizen); My mom has a valid 10 year multiple Tourist visa , she was here last year  to visit and went home to Phil after  amonth .

What do i do about this I-94 form , where do i find it?

She is also visiting again this year and will be going home to Phil again in a few weeks , does that matter ?

Thank you !

but i still entered that she has a B2 visa right ?  Because i had to answer the question "was the beneficiary ever in the uSA?" and she has multiple times . I had to say yes , and then it asked ofr the paassport number

Obviously answer all questions accurately and truthfully.

"If the beneficiary is currently in the United States, complete Items Numbers 46.a. - 46.d."

So if the beneficiary is NOT currently in the US then skip numbers 46.a-46.d.

So on 45 you'll mark yes.

46.a. to 46.d. you leave blank.

47. You'll put in her passport number

48. You'll leave blank (that's for if one has entered US on something other than a passport)

49. Country that issued the passport.

50. Passport expiration date

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.
