Can parents of petitioner provide I-134 form for financial support?

My fiance is living with her parents, and while she has a job of her own, we were wondering if it would be possible for her to move in my country for a couple months while we wait for the visa, and use her parents as joint sponsor for financial support for the I-134. I am from North Macedonia.

What not just get married in that case?  K-1 is not a smart choice if you have financial issues, since you won’t be able to work for many months, up to one year.

We wanted to start the process as soon as possible and K-1 was the only option, so we already started that one. We are okay financially otherwise, was just wondering if she can quit her job to move in here for a while.

You're basically asking two questions:

1) can my fiancé's (the petitioner's) parents be Joint Sponsors?

The answer to that is yes.

 

2) can my fiancé live with me while the petition is processing?
The answer to that is it depends, but generally no. Your fiancé needs to prove that she (and you) are planning to live in the United States (aka establish domicile) after the visa gets approved. She can come over for a few months (for the period allowed for a USC to stay in North Macedonia as a nonimmigrant). After that she'll have to return to the US. I know that there's more to it, but I am not sure. Other, more experienced forum members are sure to chip in.

Yes.  She can temporarily visit you for a few months during the process if laws in your country allow it.
