Hello,

Can you travel to the US to visit with VWP while I-129f is pending? If I did ESTA authorization a few months ago when I was traveling to the US before applying for I-129F K1 do I have to redo it or I can still use the same?  I'm from Lithuania. Can you share your experience or what do I have to prepare it?

You can visit. Each entry is at discretion of cbp. Be prepared to answer questions about purpose and length of stay

You can travel with a valid ESTA.   My husband visited while our I-129F petition was still at CSC.   He maintained a home, job and family in NZ while visiting, and brought evidence to support that.

My fiance visited about 2 weeks after we filed our 129F and had no issues. :) He is occasionally reminded at the border that he can't get married while he is here and once he says he knows and is not going to they have no issues. They did that before we filed as well.

If you're worried bring proof of needing to return to the home country, like a mortgage statement or a letter/schedule from your employer.
