Questions regarding the process after you get accepted by USCIS and regarding military records and police certificates for the K1 Visa interview?

Hello,

When USCIS accepts your I129f application for a K1 Visa. Is there a time limit until when you have to do your interview in the US consulate? How much time do you have to do that like to gather documents and everything before the interview? I heard there is a 3-4 month time limit after it is sent to the NVC. Overall, are there time limits or deadlines I have to be aware of when I receive acceptance from USCIS? If someone could explain this entire process I would really appreciate it.
Do you know what kind of information they require in the military records document for a K1 visa interview? Is it alright if it is a document from the military stating my name and that you served in the military with dates at this location?

Also regarding police certificates. How early can I get police certificates before the interview? Can I take police certificates right now even before the I-129f application got accepted by USCIS? How recent do these documents need to be? Are there requirements for the police certificates I have to be aware of when I request this document?

I believe they expire after 6 months. So don't get it too early.

You can apply for a police certificate at any time, they are valid for a year some even allow 2 years, you can not book the interview until after your medical, for the medical you need proof of vaccination a current covid vaccine within the past 12 months, medical summary report, a police certificate for the medical, you can book your interview for 10 days after your medical, the military side I am not sure on

Could you please explain this part a little bit more because I didn't understand what you mean that you only have 10 days to book the interview

Its not that you only have 10 days to book the interview.

Your medical exam should be 5-10 days before your interview at the very least.

This gives the doctors office enough time to send your medical exam report to the embassy.

But you don't want to schedule your interview much later than that because the k-1 visa validity (6 months) is based off the medical exam date not the interview approval date
