Correct police certificate (Split)

Hello,

The Canadian police certificates that I obtained for my parents have been rejected, and we need to provide new ones. Could someone guide me on where to get the approved police certificates for their IR5 family immigrant visa interview in Montreal?

Also, they’ve been DQ’d a month ago. Does anyone know the current interview waiting time for family immigrant visas at the Montreal consulate?

Thank you very much!
