Anyone can help me about greencard for my family

I'm currently living in the US and from Turkey however my family is living in Turkey. Is there any suitable greencard they can apply for any other than lottery. They will get a lawyer. I just start looking at this stuff today so my knowledge is probably zero. I'm still looking at stuff right now but any help would be great! Thank you!! My parents and brother under 18. My parents are in their 40s. They're not qualified for eb-1 but I will get eb-1 this year. My father retired from military. And their financial situation is below average in Turkey. I'm not a US citizen

Your parents can try and go down the same route as you with a job/employment based visa, if that doesn't happen then once you are a citizen you can sponsor all of them. It's a fairly quick process for you to sponsor your parents, but much longer for your brother unfortunately - perhaps he could work towards an employment based green card too if he can't accompany your parents in the next couple of years?
