It would seem that this individual has a lot of issues with everybody and did a lot more than shout at a dog. Man is lucky he still has a face. Like many of these knucklehead scum, they are now in jail where they belong. And it's funny that most of them have lengthy criminal records already.

He was arrested for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, carrying incendiary devices with the intent to harm, resisting arrest and disobeying police orders.
