Visas are approved after the interview and only after all administrative processing is complete.  Verbal approvals are not binding.  Sounds like everything is normal.  Your only official approval will be noted by the CEAC status.

Which still says application received. 

But it also clearly says to wait 2 or 3 business days before it may change to approve, and then even 1 or 2 before it will say issued.

So more waiting 🤣 I hope I get it all before the end of the month🙏🏻 so I can book my flight 

 

I thought I wouldn't feel nervous anymore after approval. 😅 I'm still nervous

It is recommended to wait until after the visa is in hand and has been checked for errors.

Our case updated to approval next day.

And then to issued a day or 2 after that.

And my fiance got emailed a tracking number either same day or the day after, and according to tracking should get it Monday.

 

So that's only a week from interview.

 

Frankfurt seems to be pretty quick with the processing lol

I have the weekend right in between 😅 I think that's why I'm still nervous. It's not changing during the weekend because the consulate is closed then. Safe to assume I may see either Monday or Tuesday,  and should it indeed be about a week after to be delivered, that would be faster than expected.  🤭

And yes, exactly and very well put! We are still missing something 😂

ive been checking what feels like every 15 minutes or so, and nothing yet.

I believe i checked it next day (so wednesday 7/10) at about 8AM EST, and it said Approved

and then the Issued status update showed as the 11th.

 

Since your interview was on a friday, id guess it would update either tuesday or wednesday.

They work pretty fast there in frankfurt! 😂
