So, I already read the FAQ and saw the list of the Documents that work as Evidence for the Interview...and still I have a few questions...

1. Statement from petitioner's employer, preferable on company stationary, indicating marital status claimed and whom to notify in case of emergency..

WHAT?? My husband.s employer has to make a letter indicating that my husband and I are married?? PLEASE EXPLAIN!!

2. Do I need to take my wedding photos as well?

3. Is there anything else that counts as evidence?

Thank you!!

Have you received your interview letter yet for your AOS? The one my wife received listed the information they wanted us to bring. Everything else you bring just makes it better just incase they ask for more.

I did receive that letter and my appointment is on the 30th of this month...I also read the FAQ on the matter and there it listed some documents that would be taken as evidence, but there's this one that troubles me...

+ Statement from petitioner's employer indicating marital status claimed and whom to notify in case of emergency.

What should it look like, say?? DO i really need it? or is it like an extra?

It is only my opinion but that might only be something someone thought would be good evidence. Sometimes employers ask your spouses name and who to contact incase of an emergency, etc. You could ask for them to write a letter including anything they have identifying the spouse. Others here may have had an experience that they were asked for more evidence but shared finances seems to be what they really want to see.
