I got a notice that my I-751 and N-400 interview were scheduled on October 17, 2024. It's been 11 days and I still have not received either notice via mail (and it's not showing on my USCIS Login portal documents). Does any know (1) how frequent Joint interviews are, and (2) how long does it take to get the notice in the mail? I feel like I shoud have received it already if they scheduled it on October 17 and mailed the letter then presumably.

Did you move since filing I-751 or N-400?

1.  Joint interviews are very common for people who still have I-751's pending.  Hopefully they would approve both at the same interview.

2. USCIS is all over the place with times for mailing notices.  Our notice for the N400 interview took 7 days to receive, but 11 days probably couldn't be considered late just yet.   We did previously have one appointment notice that hadn't arrived in the mail and wasn't viewable in the online account but I was successful getting Ask Emma" live agent chat to email me a pdf copy of the missing notice.  So maybe you can try that.

My wife just got one of those mysterious "We have taken an action on your case" e-mails that don't correlate to any actual action.  I guess the speculation is that those mystery e-mails get triggered sometimes when the transfer the case to the local office or some other activity preparing the case.

Also interesting.. although nothing whatsoever has changed in the online account, the "updatedAt" "updatedAtTimestamp" date in the api data did update to match the email.  So I guess that means they did "something" just now.  The interview is on November 19.
