Question about Use of Maiden name on AOS forms

Hi Guys,

I am the U.S citizen and sponsor for my foreign spouse.I am female.

I was wondering what name i should put on e.g I-864(Affidavit of support) form for the AOS package and on all other forms.

On the 1-864, it asked for the sponsor's name, do i use my first name and my husband to be last name and attach a copy of the marriage certificate or just leave it as my maiden name.

I don't know if this makes sense, but i am confused on what name to put on the forms.

He has no problem as the foreign fiance , he does not have to change his name or anything.

You would use what ever last name you want to use after your wedding...

So if your are going to be using your husbands name then that would be what you put....
