Just applied n-400 online and N400_Additional_Responses.pdf appears on "Your uploads" section. The file contains all 50 questions from "Part 12. Additional Information About You (Person Applying for Naturalization)" with explanation boxes only. Did not have any "Yes" answer to any question. Is there anyone experienced the same? In this case, what needs to be done?

I have a similar situation.  How do you solve?

When I filled online: this question. Have you EVER Yes No been arrested, cited, detained or confined by any law enforcement officer, military official (in the U.S. or elsewhere), or immigration official for any reason, or been charged with a crime or offense?

I marked NOT but in the table below I put a speeding ticket. I was never cited but I got the ticket. 

Then there is the additional documents Part 12. Additional Information About You.  Question 29: If you answered "Yes" to any question in Item Numbers 23. - 28., then complete this table. If you need extra space, use additional sheets of paper and provide any evidence to support your answers. I didnt have any YES in those 23-28 question and now that shows up. I hope that does not raise a flag and that is why i am not getting my interview schedule. I bet the adjudicators are smart to catch the mistakes in the automated system
