Curious to what time of day you checked for the appointment and it was available?

My fiancée and me were just on video call and she decided to check around 9:30am CST (or 10:30pm in the Philippines), and there was a spot open for September 24th (two available times at 6:30am and 7:30am).

When I found the one for my fiancee (which was a cancelation I believe) i logged on and found it at about 9:13am Manila time

My fiancee and I are stuck in "St Luke's hell."

I found a way around this conundrum. After weeks of trying every day multiple times with no luck, I was fortunate to discover that a local agency can get us a slot for only 3,000 peso. I will let you all know if it works.

Sorry, My fiancée has now been at St Luke's for 8 days and the the end is not yet in sight.
The communication and explanation of her situation has not been ideal.

I would appreciate it if you can provide contact information.... I am aware of these "agent" services but can't seem to find any, these booking services are legal and paying $50 to get a slot is worth it IMO.

Did she get admitted? I’m confused at your meaning… do you mean she has been waiting around?

No, not admitted. On the second day, she was scheduled for sputum collection for 3 days. That brought us to 6 days. On the 6th day, she thought that she could leave, but was then told that she had a pulmonary appointment in scheduled in 2 days. The pulmonary was just to tell her why she was scheduled for sputum collection and that she is required to have an examination by another doctor and to submit documentation to SLEC within 7 days. 
9 day stay, missed 2 flights back home, now home to scramble and find a doctor to send documentation to SLEC that she has been seen.
Appointment to return to SLEC first week of October. 
She is frazzled, confused, upset, and worried about her health and her job status because she has missed work . . .

I am very interested to hear how this goes. You should be careful. It is very common that there are "fixers" around any government process offering to help for a fee.
I heard of someone who used one of these fixers to expedite a CENOMAR and received a very official looking document that turned out to be a forgery.
