Good morning folks.

Quick question. My case (EB3 EW, Nov 2020 PD) has been approved since June 2022, just when the retrogression hit. We've been waiting for it to get back on track since then, and on the last visa bulletin it finally happened. This morning I received an email telling me I am documentarily Complete, and specifically have been since June 16th 2022. My question is, is it possible that my case will be scheduled soon? Or at least sooner than other EB2 cases? I've read in the Brazil thread that cases have been taking 6-9 months to be scheduled, but since mine has been DQd since 2022...

Thanks in advance for any answers! I assume this is probably something that's impossible to know, but just in case.

Unfortunately I think it's unlikely you'll get an IL this month, so it'll depend on how much EB3 retrogresses in August's bulletin (or if it becomes unavailable), you may find you're out of the running again once that happens.

Clearly it didn't retrogress or become unavailable. Is it safe to assume an IL is coming then?

I haven't seen August's VB yet, if it didn't retrogress then that's good (given they said it would in the July bulletin).

So you'll still be in the queue, recently it seems to be a year from DQ to IL for EB applicants in Rio, hopefully you'll be ahead of older cases in the queue though. Fingers crossed.

Yep, no retrogression at all. Hopefully it comes in soon! Thanks for answering!
