We have an F1 petition that has been completed and approved by NVC, with a PD date of August 2015. F1's final action in July is on 22OCT15.

According to the last information we obtained from NVC, the embassy will contact us whenever PD becomes current. Now that PD is earlier than 22OCT15, how should we proceed? Who should we email/call regarding this new development?

What are the next measures we should take in this scenario. All assistance in this matter is much appreciated. Thanks

You don’t do anything, you just wait for an interview letter. Which consulate? The wait varies hugely depending on that. It can be as little as 2-3 months, or as long as 2-3 years.
