I-130 Case Was Approved, no further instructions were received, F3 priority date current

As you can see in the screenshots provided, our family's Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative was approved back in April 25, 2022. And since May 10, 2022, my parents have repeatedly submitted E-Requests and even went to the US Embassy for updates on our case, only to be told they couldn't ask for updates. It's been a very stressful two decades for my parents and grandparents and they're close to giving up because of how many times they've been stonewalled with no updates. We haven't received any notices on further instructions which someone on Reddit told me might be about the DS260 form for CEAC with our NVC number and Invoice number?

From what I can see in our paperwork, the petition was filed in September 2003. And if I'm reading this right according to the July 2024 Visa Bulletin, F3 Visas from November 2003 are already being processed.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Has anyone dealt with this problem and successfully migrated to the US on the I-130? What should we do? Should we keep sending E-Requests? Contact anyone? I have submitted an E-Request with USCIS and a Public Inquiry Form with NVC.

Assume this is a Philippines case?

If so, probably the PD still isn’t before the ‘Dates for Filing’ date, which is September 2003 in this month’s VB. And even if it is then it takes time for the case to be passed over to NVC and things to start moving. What’s the exact PD?

Nothing has happened previously as there was simply no eligibility to file anything yet. Repeatedly chasing won’t have resulted in anything due to that. There also no point in chasing the consulate as it’s still a long way from reaching them, it’ll be passed to NVC first.

Good luck.

The Priority Date is filing date? So, it should be September 2003. And PD now according to the bulletin visa is November 2003.

We haven't gotten any approval notice with further instructions when they said they would give us back in April 25, 2022. Which is why we're worried about missing instructions on what to do next.

Thank you.

'It should be September 2003' - should be or definitely is?? Please look up the exact PD on your paperwork.

Received date of application is September 26, 2003. Notice date is September 30, 2003.

Bad wording.

OK, so NVC should respond to their public enquiry with the Welcome Letter hopefully - then they can start filing. But I wouldn't worry about the delay, as it's going to be a long time until there is a visa available anyway, so don't stress about that.

Good luck.

NVC Inquiry Team did give me the relevant information to be able to log into the CEAC website. However, this guide on how to proceed confuses me. There's two starting points in the image they have. It's either "Pay Affidavit of Support Fee" or "Pay IV Fee". I'm confused on which should be done. It says:

Step 1: Pay fees.

But it doesn't specify which of those two fees?

It’s both. Follow the full website guide - https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/step-1-submit-a-petition/step-2-begin-nvc-processing.html

Good luck.

While we're waiting for the payments to be processed, I went ahead to check the following steps to get us ready. I'm confused on how to figure out which Financial Documents we need and tried to use their Financial Evidence Assistant. I cannot find anything in these steps from their website or the USCIS guidelines as to how to figure out if we're supposed to do which I-864.

Apple blossom she was DQ’d on 5/14/24?

OK, very recently then. I'd search the forum to find others timelines which may give you an idea of how long she's likely to have to wait.

When were looking for additional answers ,  what type of visa are we searching for?   we filed the 1-130 for my wife’s mother ( my wife is now and been a US citizen).     Been DQ,   But is there a specific visa type for bringing the Mother of a US citizen over from the Philippines that we should be referencing?
