Im so excited I sent off my I-129f forms etc Monday 24th of June, Im nervous and biting my finger nails off. But Now I also want to know that we have 90 day to marry when she gets here and I live in Arizona USA, Can we go to Canada to get married or do we have to stay here in USA to marry. She has a son and daughter in law who live in Canada and it is very important to me as well as her for them to be with us during the time we get married.

She can't leave the US until you're married, have filed AOS and she's received AP - being unable to leave or work for quite a long time are a couple of the downsides of the K1 visa, and why the CR1 is often recommended over it by VJ members. This guide might be useful -

So if she wants her family in Canada to be with her for the wedding, they'll need to come to her in the US.

Good luck.
