ROC with waiver due to deceased spouse

Texas isn't actually that slow for N-400's these days.  Under 4 months for me and I did N-600's for my kids and they were under 2 months.  Houston FO.  It was a bit but not dramatically longer for @Crazy Cat's spouse in Dallas and IIRC, they had ROC in process as well, but it was pretty quick.  

 

ROC does seem to take forever, unfortunately.

With how slow ROC is I could be filing N 400 before it arrives. .  Thank you for the info.

I would if you haven't made it through.  Just request a combo interview when the time comes!
