Not sure what do you mean?

Can you show a screenshot?

Did the beneficiary create a login with an email? And input the passport, DS-160 Application ID, and NVC case number?

yes that website but it is working now. another question so i paid the MRV fee 1st without submitting the DS160, will i have problem or it is ok to do the mrv fee 1st?

Since you already paid the MRV fee, according to these guides, the DS-160 can be completed, and the DS-160 Application ID and NVC case number need to be input into UStravelDocs. Schedule an interview allocating enough time to complete the medical.

@jenar19

Let me update that each consulate's DS-160 and UStravelDocs may differ. Or may change over time.

So the DS-160 Application ID and the NVC case number MAY need to be input into UStravelDocs. Or they MAY not. Or they MAY just need one or the other. But the common identifier between the DS-160 and UStravelDocs should be the passport.

Please update what the Philippines UStravelDocs require now? Thanks.
