Hiii everyone!!! I am absolutely lost and hope you guys can help me. So my daughter,14 and I came here on my Spouse Visa. Our Green Cards expire on the same date and we got them the same date. In August I will have to do ROC for us but I get so many different infos and the hotline is NOT helpful at all. So I know it’s $750 filing fee. And I know I put my kiddo on my form.But. What’s the total In fees I have to pay for her AND me. I just want to do the right thing and I’m getting super anxious about that.

You just pay the $750. Before the fee increase there was a per person biometrics fee, but that’s no longer the case.

Okay so that biometric fee would just come in if I had more than 5 kids correct?

What makes you think that? What's special about having 5 kids that would trigger biometric fees?

I read something like that if it’s 5 kids or more on the form you add the biometric fee per child

I briefly checked the following links:

https://www.uscis.gov/feecalculator#

https://www.uscis.gov/i-751

https://www.uscis.gov/g-1055?form=i-751

But couldn't find any reference to this.

If you find it, please quote the source.

Good luck!

daughter would have had own I 130 if wife on spouse visa as it has no derivatives

so,  ROC for child is separate filing and u need $750 for each

This is from the I-751 instructions:

“If you have dependent children who acquired conditional resident status on the same day as you or within 90 days thereafter, then include the
names and Alien Registration Numbers (A-Numbers) of these children in Part 5. of Form I-751 in order to request that the conditions on their status be removed as well.”

I was about to post this same quote. Very important to read the form instructions carefully as you have done.

Okay so just for my understanding…I pay the $750 and include my kiddo on my file without further fees. Correct?
