I am sponsoring my brother under F4 Visa. His priority date is 7/31/2007, DQ was 4/23/2024, the Interview location is Casablanca Morocco and the case is still at NVC waiting for the IL. My brother has Italian residency, and I am wondering if we should transfer his case to Naples. any feedback is much appreciated.

His priority date isn't current yet, so there's no visa available to him. It will be transferred once his PD is current and he's added to the queue for an interview, which will be on 1st July.

Yes, personally if he's resident in Italy and can prove it, I'd suggest he does request a transfer as it's likely to be quicker.

Good luck.
