My wife has a pending AOS but holds an EAD/AP Combo Card. We are planning on flying British Airways with a layover in Heathrow Terminal 5. Her passport is from Albania.

Will she be able to successfully transit or would she need a Transit Visa? I've tried finding whether or not the AP Combo Card falls under a valid visa category for transit but I've seen conflicting opinions. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Just a follow up to anybody else who may stumble across this in the future:

We ended up booking a different flight on Lufthansa transiting through Germany (as we have done before with her AP). It appears from the link above and other research that she would require either a Transit or DATV (Direct Air Transit Visa) just to simply pass through the airport. Without it, she would be denied boarding it seems.
