Lost medical exam

I had my interview a couple days ago
At the consulte and everything was going well, until they told me they couldn't find my medical exam in the system??? They handed me a blue note (221g). The man told me to leave my passport with him and my paper where It proved I took my medical exam. He Said it wasn't my fault and these type of things happen? Then he said he would like to keep my passport to make things easier and once they get a hold of my medical exam and if everything looked good they would email me where to pick up my passport, ready to go. Has anyone had this happen to them? Does anyone one know how long it can take?

When did you have your medical exam? Call them and make sure they sent it.

The note they gave me said I couldn’t call the medical exam place since they can not fix this issue. It was Technical issue from the consulates part. This happened at the consulate in Mexico I did my biometrics and medical exam on the 10th of June and had my interview at the consulate on June 17. Still haven’t herd anything since the day of my interview, I did call the consulate on the 18th but the lady told me there was still now update on my case it was still open. She said I had to keep on eye on my email for any updates on my case.

I had my exam done June 10th. I’ve called the consulate for an update and they still say my case is open and they still don’t have a tracking number for me to pick up my passport. I called the place where i did my medical exam and they said they sent my medical exam to the consulate June 11th and basically told me the consulate is now responsible for the rest. I’m hoping by the end of this week I hear something. I am going two weeks on waiting.

Everything  went well took three weeks to get approved and three days for them to notify me to pick up my passport. I took my covid vaccines in 2022 and I had to re get them because they weren’t up to date. I ended up only getting one shot which was the covid shot. I think if your covid vaccines are a year old you should be okay just show them your immunization record.

No 2 shots of vaccine was in 2021, no booster after that. Also, it was my spouse. Got sinopharm 2 doses. In pakistan they are not givinh the boosters now. Is it gonna cause issue?

The COVID-19 booster shot requirement has now changed to being within 6 months of the interview date. It used to be 12 months. Most probably, anyone getting a medical done hasn’t had a booster in the last 6 months, so it’s more than likely everyone needs a booster shot now.

So is that they do bloodwork for that like checking titers just like they do for others? Have you heard anyone getting issue bcz of covid booster missing or not getting the CDC approved vaccines rather the others like sinopharm?

If it's not avaialble in the country of interview at all then you will probably need a waiver. If I'm not mistaken this will be confirmed at the medical itself on what needs to be done about any missing vaccines that aren't available. This has nothing to do with the titers test.
