Shouldn't we have received notification of receipt/noa1 less than 24 hrs of credit card pulling money?

Where does this expectation come from? Half of the times no notification sent even with correctly filed G-1145 form.

In a sister thead people waiting for updates for over a month.

USCIS is backlogged and slow unfortunately.

Hopefully you'll get the mail from USCIS sometime by end of July / mid August. That's how bad it got unfortunately.

Ouch, I thought receipt and money pulled/cashed happened simultaneously typically. Guess not then. So much for the higher fees haha

Received mail today, all forms NOA 6/21/24 and same A# as her old one

Apparently, lawyer didn't get any email or text notifications. Hopefully we get our access code soon and not miss a biometrics appointment...

Will the SSA give her a new card? (I know that they usually keep the same number)

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Bolivia
Timeline

June 10, 2024- package delivered to USCIS lockbox

July 17, 2024- email confirmation of receipt on June 10th as well as message that NOA was sent but no notice via snail mail yet.  I-485 and I-765 applications both available on myUSCIS account.

This is our second time applying as our application mid-April 2023 was denied May 2024 due to the missing final page of our affidavit of support.  When we applied in April 2023, we received NOA within two weeks of applying.  Seems to be taking much longer this time around.

Packet received Chicago - 6/17/2024

Money pulled from CC - 6/21/2024

No other notifications (biometrics or noa1. Etc.)

NOA1 was 6/21

Just received RFE today 8/8 unsure what it is considering we sent everything to the lawyer...

Still no update on the EAD either
