Hello Everyone,

I am applying for my green card application and came across a couple of questions that I am not sure what to answer.

on the forum question 27: "what is you current immigration status? " I use to be on F1 visa and later was granted asylum, what is the right answer to that question. Also on the employment history part, I am currently not employed and my most recent employment history is five years ago which was in college. Do I still put the last recent job I had? not long ago I started taking online class so I dont know what to do on that part. Last question I had is, to whom do I address the money order to?

Thank you all so much for your time

Asylee

For employment, I don't remember. Read the instructions above that section

Immigration journey is not: fast, for the faint at heart, easy, cheap, for the impatient nor right away. If more than 50% of this applies to you, best get off the bus.

The form asks for employment history in the last five years. Were you employed at the time of filling the form minus 5 years? E.g. between June 2019 and now. If not, leave it blank.

Hi, thanks for responding. yeah I graduated 5 years ago and my last employment was in college. Currently taking online class to find a better job, should I state that I'm currently a student even though its an online course . Also, I'm mailing my application and for the fee I was thinking doing a money order but not sure who to address it to? The instructions online doesn't make it clear. Thank you so much

If you worked part time while at college in the last five years, then list it. If it was over 5 years ago, it's not needed on the form.
