I'm 27F fiance 31M, Ive  been married before for 7 years in my country not American, had tourist visa denied before we applied for k1, our relationship is 1 year, we started dating after my divorce been terminated like right after I got my divorce certificate, we met twice for 20+ days before applying for k1, got tourist visa Denied in September 2023, applied for k1 29 march 2024, our I-129F been approved after 2 months of being filled, we really love each other and have lots of compatibilities which was not the case in my previous marriage that was also abusive, what are the chances to be approved or denied?

As long as you have all the evidence of legal termination of previous marriages, and there was no material misrepresentation that led to the B2 denial you should be fine.

Good Luck!

 Thank you for the reply.

I got a refusal section  214b due to not having enough ties to prove my intentions of coming back to my home country.

You should be fine.  My now wife was denied a B2 twice for the same lack of ties, and she was previously divorced before we eventually filed the I129F, and we had no issues.

Good Luck!

Just curious about why did you apply for B2 when Portugal is a VWP country?

I'm Brazilian living abroad
