My mother-in-law completed her interview and her medical. They said she needed to get a COVID Booster, but was required to wait ONE MONTH after she completed her medical. She waited a month, emailed them results. When she called to check on the status, they told her that it could take up to 10 days for them to get through the emails because they get "so many a day."🙄

She waited the 10 days and then they told her it can take up to 14 day. It has been almost 2 months.😟 Every time she calls she is either placed on hold or no one answers. We sent emails for an update - no response. If it takes 2 months for them to get the email to verify she took the booster, how long will it take them to send over the results to the Embassy????????

Join Jamaica NVC Process on Facebook and post your question there.

There is a lot of individuals who have experience with Andrew's delays in that community.

Thanks, there are several there. Which group specifically discusses Andrew Medical? Do you have the link?

Thanks for the feedback. She called last week and they told her that they "already" submitted to the Embassy but did not say when. We also heard that there's a delay at the Embassy and do not know how long it will take the Embassy to get her medical report. We've just been checking the Visa Status online.
