The paper I30 and the online I30 are quite different.... On the paper I30 it asks "Was the beneficiary EVER in the United States?" and under it asks if the person is currently in the United States to complete items 46.a - 46.d. However, on the online form if you click yes to "Was the beneficiary EVER in the United States?" it just automatically populates the 46.a - 46.d questions and does not give any explanation about it only needing to be completed if the person is still in the US. My wife has not been in the US in 7 years, so I'm confused if I need to add the 46.a - 46.d information or not. I provided screenshots as example. Additionally, there is no loner a dedicated place on the I30 online form to upload her divorce certificate.

Try just leaving those blank and proceed with 47.  If that doesn't work try typing zeros.  This is another reason why I still prefer the paper forms.

Appreciate it! And for divorce documents do we just upload that to the "additional proof of marriage section" since there is no dedicated spot on the I30 to upload divorce information? Out of curiosity , on the I30 instructions document for the online form it just say's provide proof of divorce. Is the divorce certificate that is signed and stamped enough or do I need to provide my wife's full divorcee decree? Just wondering because the divorce decree is several pages and will be several hundred dollars to translate.

Rely on the actual I-130 instructions PDF instead.  It is specific about the documents needed for the US Citizen.  It's photocopy of a certified copy.  Do you have a certified copy?  If you don't know, look at it carefully and be sure.  I'm not an expert on the online process, because I know it has its glitches.  Like I said, I prefer paper filing, and that's why. In my opinion, there are still to many issues with the online form.  USCIS is familiar with those issues though, and how to compensate.  Were you able to leave that entry information blank?
