This should be corrected at the interview, and you can mention to the CO that you have passed your second wedding anniversary.  However, even if for some reason the visa is issued as a CR1, it is the date you enter the U.S. with your spousal visa as compared to your wedding anniversary that will make the final determination as to a 2yr vs a 10yr GC.  The upshot is regardless of what it says online or even what the visa says, you will be entitled to a 10yr GC when you eventually enter the U.S.

It’s automatic.  You don’t designate which you want at application.  They issue the appropriate one based on the the number of years married at the time the card is produced.  You shouldn’t do anything.
