Hi all, I'm trying to plan ahead for obtaining some of the K-1 required documents. My fiance is Chinese, currently living in China and can easily get her police certificate there. However, we lived together in Thailand for 3 years as well. We're wondering--

1) Is there a simple process for non-Thai citizens who no longer are in Thailand to get this report w/o having to visit the country?

2) How far ahead of time should we begin such a process?
3) Is this something I can handle on her behalf from the US?

Thanks!
