Any way to get RFE letter online?

We unfortunately received an update of an RFE yesterday (5th June). The update states that the letter has been sent out and details are within.

I'm wondering if there is any way to retrieve this letter online or do we have no choice but to wait for physical mail? I have read some people say to check the "Documents" tab on USCIS account but there is no tab for me - only "Case status" and "Case history".

unfortunately with K-1 everything seems to be through physical mail for the most part.

i would say if you don't receive the letter from USCIS within like.. 2-3 weeks, you could try contacting them to get the letter emailed.

I think when people refer to the "documents" tab, they have that tab because whatever form they submitted was one that could be submitted online. and subsequently any supporting documents would also be submitted online under that documents tab

Thanks, Mallory. :) The update says to do an e-request if we haven't received it by the 20th so will just hang tight for now.

It's just killing me knowing they want something but not knowing what! :(

It’s for those cases that start with IOE (electronic). Some paper ones are converted into electronic but not for I-129f. This might happen with AOS once in the US and ROC. At least, that was my experience

To add to this, even for online cases the documents will only be visible if you have confirmed your identity in the myUSCIS system and the account belongs to the petitioner.
