My minor daughter arrived last week (IR2). I already paid her Immigrant Visa Fee. She is automatically a US citizen my question is do i need to wait for her green card to arrived before  i file N600 ? I already know her A#. Her passport w IR2 visa already been stamped admitted by US border protection.

Citizenship in 2022 

I 551 stamp on passport acts as green card for 1 year 

send copy of the visa with I 551 stamp along with naturalization and other documents for N600

she was 10 in 2019 so i would do this ASAP
