Hi, everyone

I wonder if all my document list will be ok? Please help me to prove.

- Check make for NSC (New fee)

- Copy of greencard front and back

- Form I751

- Copy of my driver license and my husband driver license

- Copy of my passport in the front page

- Copy of joint tax return 2005 , 2006

- Copy of joint saving account

- Copy of 401k show beneficiary confirmation

- Copy of our health insurance card and health insurance from my husband company

- Copy of Dental insurance

- 2 letter from our friends and 1 letter from my father and mother in law

- Copy of me and my husband credit card show the same credit card and have our name on it.

- Copy of Utility bill show both our name on them

- Copy of Gas Bill

- Copy of Gabage bill

- Copy of my ticket airlines and booking hotel show we went to Disneyworld. Included our picture for our trip.

- Copy of my booking ticket airfare and hotel to Lasvegas on October 1'07

- All support evidence like card from our friend send to us on Chrismas , picture of both of us since 2005 - 2007 where we went to. Also the picture from my birthday party 2005 - 2006

- Copy of the card and email that my mother and father in law send to me...like Chrismas card, thank you card, anniversary card, birthday card. Included our Road Trip picutre to Connecticut with them.

So, I don't know it's all everything that I have right now. Do I should have to add more evidence?

In your cover letter, as well as in this thread, you might want to briefly explain what point you're proving by each item of evidence. Sometimes it's obvious, but sometimes not. For example, I assume the reason you're including the two drivers licenses is because they show that the two of you share an address. But I don't know why you're including your passport front page.

Most of the items will likely show you share your finances, share your home, and/or share a social life.

By listing the points each item of evidence proves, you'll help the person reading your submission to know what to look for. You'll also help yourself to organize the evidence, including the most relevant things and perhaps deleting a few things if they don't demonstrate a relevant point.

Overall, the evidence list looks good.

05 Apr, 2004: I-130 Sent to CSC

13 Apr, 2004: I-130 NOA 1

19 Apr, 2004: I-129F Sent to MSC

29 Apr, 2004: I-129F NOA 1

13 Aug, 2004: I-130 Approved by CSC

28 Dec, 2004: I-130 Case Complete at NVC

18 Jan, 2005: Got the visa approved in Caracas

22 Jan, 2005: Flew home together! CCS->MIA->SFO

25 May, 2005: I-129F finally approved! We won't pursue it.

8 June, 2006: Our baby girl is born!

24 Oct, 2006: Window for filing I-751 opens

25 Oct, 2006: I-751 mailed to CSC

18 Nov, 2006: I-751 NOA1 received from CSC

30 Nov, 2006: I-751 Biometrics taken

05 Apr, 2007: I-751 approved, card production ordered

23 Jan, 2008: N-400 sent to CSC via certified mail

19 Feb, 2008: N-400 Biometrics taken

27 Mar, 2008: Naturalization interview notice received (NOA2 for N-400)

30 May, 2008: Naturalization interview, passed the test!

17 June, 2008: Naturalization oath notice mailed

15 July, 2008: Naturalization oath ceremony!

16 July, 2008: Registered to vote and applied for US passport

26 July, 2008: US Passport arrived.

Thank you verymuch....to helping me to proved all evidences. This is just all the list that I will put in the file and I will do some cover letter explain everything too. Also, My husband and I will do step by step to make sure everything good to send out.

I wonder about everything suppost to notorize? Like the letter from our friend? Please tell me.

You only need to have the letters that you want to include as affidavits notarized, not the other evidence.

06/14/07 (day 6): check cashed

06/26/07 (day 18): received NOA1 (dated 06/12/07)

and biometric appointment letter (dated 06/25/07)

07/14/07 (day 36): biometric appointment

07/24/07 (day 46): email of card production ordered

07/30/07 (day 52): email of approval letter sent (sent on 07/28/07)

and 10-yr GC received in mail

N-400

05/28/08: package delivered to CSC

05/29/08: check cashed

06/09/08: received biometric notice (notice date 06/05/08, priority date 05/28/08)

06/19/08: biometrics

12/08/08: interview - approved!

02/26/09: oath ceremony
