B2 to AOS Questions

Good Afternoon,

I have a few questions for everyone here regarding the Adjustment of status from B2 to GC, Initially, my wife entered the US on a B2 visa before we even got married or even realized that's what we wanted to do. She entered on January 12th and according to the Visa needs to be back out by July 11th. So we went ahead and got married last week and now want to do the AOS and file the I-130, I-485, and I-765 concurrently. Now with the back story out of the way, these are my questions:

For the medical exam for vaccines etc does that need to be filed right away with the I-485 or can we do that at a later date? (Really want to avoid getting covid vaccine)

For sponsoring my wife, I made the amount needed but unfortunately, I missed a W-2 on my last tax filing so it doesn't show the right amount on the IRS transcript on the social security earning reports it shows the correct amounts so what would you guys suggest I do in this case? Just get a co-sponsor or use my Social Security earning reports plus the IRS transcripts?

Also after filing the forms mentioned, can my wife still stay in the US with her B2 visa?

I am currently filing the I-130 online and selecting the filing concurrent option and supplying the Chicago USCIS since we're in Florida and that is where we need to send the I-485 and I-765 too.

Thank you in Advance!

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Wales

I would not file online

And do not understand the W2 issue, could you clarify.

Once you file the package than she is here under the colour of law so OK.

I would also file the complete package including medical.

W2 issue is that on my IRS transcript, I filed before getting all my W2s because I couldn't wait so I missed out on some income return but it also doesn't show my correct income for the year.. But my SSA income statements do.

You can always amend taxes...
