Hello your responses are highly appreciated.

Do we have to submit the bank statements  and pay slips of the petitioner along with i1864 and tax transcripts ?

Is it necessary? And if its necessary how many months bank statements and pay slips are needed?

Pay slips are the primary evidence of current income, for an employed person.  Bank statements are only needed if you are declaring assets.

I submitted both paystubs and bank statements for last 6 months. All were accepted by the NVC.

The question was about what is needed.  NVC doesn't decide not to accept something, just because it isn't needed. Bank statements are not needed unless as supporting documentation for declared assets.
