I heard he got caught again exposing himself through a Barney outfit at a children's party. The grandma of the birthday boy, little Elmer, chased him around in a sexual crazed state. I fear for his safety in the joint - since the grandma is a well known gangsta.

this just in: sister Laura has brother Steve incommunicado... since the Barney episode and the stalking from gandma-gansta, the black gangsters denied knowing Steven and put a hit on him ... Laura had to use all her London underground connections to find a hiding place
