Hi everyone!

I just also just filed my N-400 online. Got my receipt and biometrics reuse notice immediately. And my case is assigned to NBC, which seems to be the standard here. I'm fling under the 3 year rule and still have an I-751 pending. Fingers crossed for everyone here! We're almost done.

Did you file using the 90-day early filing? I also have a pending I-751.

I did not do the early filing! My 3-year mark was end of May. I waited a little extra because Germany (my home country) just passed a law allowing dual citizenship and I wanted to make sure I wouldn't get approved/sworn in before that law goes into effect so that I wouldn't lose my German citizenship when I become a US citizen.

How about you? Did you file early?

Yeah, I did file early. Was eager to get it rolling after waiting for I-751 for almost a year.

Congratulations! Did you get the biometrics re-use and receipt yet?

Yeah, got it right away after i submitted online on uscis.gov

Not sure if the physical letter made it yet as I’m on the road

Hopefully, we June 2024 get to vote. I hear the Election might speed things up. But nevertheless, if it doesn't happen until the next four years.

Happy Thursday

I just filed mine yesterday evening and also got the biometrics reuse notification.

I came to the US on a K1 in 2017 I had an account back then with all my time lines but I don’t have that email anymore so staring over is the way to go I guess.

Can’t wait to hear everyones experiences and time lines

that’s why I waited until midnight German time to send mine though. Otherwise I could have filed in 2021 I believe

Joining the waiting game. Memories come back as I was here on VJ a lot 10 years ago for my I-130 visa.

Submitted N-400 on 06/27 when the new German dual citizenship law took effect.
Hopefully I'll be though the process before the gov in Germany change & reverse the law. 🍀

Good luck to everyone here.

Hi. I'm a late June filer, receipt starts with IOE. Status says "Case is being actively reviewed by USCIS" as of June 28, 2024. Anyone else with this?

Yes, that's the automated response.
