Waiting dosent make any defference did u claim under 3 yr rule or 5 yr rule is what matters . If u checked as spouse of us citizen in wualifying question checkbox then even if u have waited for 100 yrs its still 3 yr rule. Same @OldUser is saying aswell

You cannot get naturalized in the 90 day winsow. So add that to wait time. Plus if you have pending I-751 that could slow things down a bit

hello! I’m tagged (acciowand), and filed June 1st. (3year rule | biometrics re-used)

I’m hoping I’ll get an update soon! After 2 years of no movement or updates on my removal of conditions (i-751). USCIS recently approved it and mailed my 10yr green card without any RFEs or interview (8/23/24).

Hopefully, I’ll get an N-400 interview schedule for the Nashville TN office early September :) 🤞🏼 I heard (from a different site) the Nashville FO is usually timely when it comes to interviews, it’s the oath taking that takes a while.

Filed June 9th. No update on the N-400 application as of today. Case still says it's "being actively reviewed by USCIS" but the estimated resolution time went down to 5 months. Hopefully more of us June filers get some interview dates soon!

Hi, I submitted my N400 application on June 22nd, but I haven’t received any updates yet. I filed under the 3-year rule, and I'm based in St. Louis. My I-751 has been pending since April 2023.

Are you out of 90 day early window already?

I don't agree that you have to be out of your 90-day early window to get called for an interview, but I am certain you can't get naturalized until you have completed three years as a permanent resident. I saw one case that the applicant was called in before 90-day, but the interviewer said he couldn't make a decision until the 3 years window was completed.

I 751 cases cant be conpared with 400 as 400 will be attended only after 751 review is done . Usualy it takes avg 100 days to get interview ltr aw per lawfully app based on historical cases

This is inaccurate, a combo interview can be done, its the norm these days.

Yes, I agree with this. And this may be the reason why you're not called for the interview. If the field office offers same say oath, why'd they call you for two appointments?

I requested a combo interview. Just shared my application(s) status since you tagged me 🙂
